Stipe Cell Morpha in Different Fruit-Body Development Stage of Volvariella volvacea
Abstract:The cell long and wide of stipe were measured at different development stage of Volvariella volvacea fruit body and the growth rate of different part of stipe was estimated by marked with ink. The result showed that the stipe cell began to elongate in egg stage, especially it grew faster in the elongation than the other stages. The result also demonstrated that the top and the middle part of stipe grew more than the bottom of stipe, therefore it dominated the growth of stipe.

草菇不同發(fā)育時期子實體菌柄細胞形態(tài)變化研究

摘 要:測量了草菇子實體不同發(fā)育時期菌柄細胞的長與寬,同時通過對蛋形期菌柄標記,觀察了菌柄不同部位的伸長速率,結果顯示:菌柄細胞從蛋形期開始伸長,在伸長期的伸長速度顯著高于其它發(fā)育時期,同時菌柄中上部的細胞伸長遠多于菌柄底部細胞的伸長,并決定著整個菌柄的生長.
