金針菇子實(shí)體顏色的遺傳規(guī)律研究
FRUIT-BODY COLOR INHERITANCE OF FLAMMULINA VELUTIPES

摘 要:以金針菇黃色菌株F19和白色菌株F8801為親本,原生質(zhì)體單核化獲得兩親本的單核菌株,配對(duì)雜交獲得F1,從F1的子實(shí)體分離單孢菌株,與兩親本的原生質(zhì)體單核化菌株進(jìn)行回交配對(duì),出菇觀察子實(shí)體顏色,分析菇體顏色的遺傳規(guī)律.研究結(jié)果表明,黃色為顯性、白色為隱性,菇體顏色受一對(duì)基因(Cc)控制,與不親和性因子A或B都沒有連鎖.
