【摘要】 以雙孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)2793為試材,采用基因槍法對其菌褶進(jìn)行遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化,相對轉(zhuǎn)化率為2.69%,轉(zhuǎn)化子經(jīng)PCR檢測表明,外源潮霉素B抗性基因已經(jīng)被轉(zhuǎn)入到菌絲體中。
【Abstract】 Transformation of Agaricus bisporus by particle bombardment of fruit body gill tissue was confirmed using the hygromycin B gene as a selective marker.PCR amplification revealed that DNA containing the resistance marker had been inserted into fungal hyphae with a transformation efficiency of 2.69%.
