【中文摘要】 杏鮑菇屬中低溫型品種 ,從 1998年開展杏鮑菇的定向系統(tǒng)選育 ,選擇目標(biāo)是抗高溫、耐低溫、質(zhì)量好、產(chǎn)量高 ,既可作冰菇 ,又可作菜菇棍棒狀品種。 1999年選育的優(yōu)良菌株 ,具有生育期短 ;較抗熱耐低溫 ,子實體清脆 ,形美、爽口等優(yōu)點。采用棉子殼或木屑等栽培轉(zhuǎn)化率達 10 0 %以上 ,并定名為“Pe5 2 8”

【英文摘要】 Pleurotus eryngii belongs to the intermediate and low temperature type.Since 1998 we began our special systematic breeding to Pleurotus eryngrii.The aim is to make the strain resist high and low temperature,with fine quality and high output.It can be used as freeze mushroom and also be used as ordinary baculiform mushroom type.In 1999 we selected an excellent strain.It′s of short growing period and it can resist high and low temperature.Its fruit body looks beautiful and tastes crisp.You can use cotton seed hull and wood dust cultivation methods.Its biological efficiency is 100%.It′s named"Pe528.
