【中文摘要】 針對黑木耳生產(chǎn)發(fā)菌管理環(huán)節(jié)存在難以控制問題,提出了一種菌絲培養(yǎng)室溫濕度、CO2濃度智能控制器。該控制器采用了數(shù)字溫濕度傳感器,CO2傳感器模塊。SPCE061A單片機(jī)及相應(yīng)的控制算法,控制風(fēng)門、引風(fēng)機(jī)(烘道加熱)、電爐(輔助加熱)、加濕機(jī)、換氣扇工作,使培養(yǎng)室內(nèi)的溫濕度及空氣質(zhì)量達(dá)到菌絲培養(yǎng)期間各階段的工藝要求。
【英文摘要】 Intelligent controller of temperature and humidity of hypha culture room and desity of CO2 were put forward according to controlling problem difficultily of management link for Auricularia auricula in this paper.This controller has adopted the digital temperature and humidity sensor , the controller module of carbon dioxide.SPCE061A one-chip computer and controlling algorithms correspondingly.Control the air door , electric stove of the air-introduced machine (the tunnel is heated ) ,electric stove(heat auxiliarily), the humidification machine, scavenger fan work.It met the needs of each technological stage for temperature and humidity and air quality,which needed in the period of cultivation hypha.
