【中文摘要】 研究了真姬菇的形態(tài)特征和影響其生長發(fā)育的主要因素,比較了不同溫度、pH、濕度、碳源和氮源條件下菌絲生長和原基發(fā)生的情況。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,真姬菇菌絲生長的適宜溫度為10~30℃,最適溫度為20~25℃;原基發(fā)生的適宜溫度為12~16℃,最適溫度為15℃;菌絲生長的適宜pH為4.0~8.5,最適pH為6.5~7.5;菌絲生長的適宜培養(yǎng)基含水量為55%~70%,最適為65%;菌絲生長的最適碳源為葡萄糖、最適氮源為酵母膏。
【英文摘要】 The morphological characteristics of Hypsizigus marmoreus and major factors affecting its mycelial growth and primordium formation were studied in this paper. And the comparison studies on its mycelial growth under different temperatures, pH, moisture content, carbon sources and nitrogen sources were conducted too. The results of the trials showed that the suitable temperature for Hypsizigus marmoreus mycelial growth was 10~30℃ with the optimal temperature being 20~25℃, and the suitable temperature for primordium formation was 12~16℃ with the optimal temperature being 15℃; that the suitable pH for its mycelial growth was 4.0~8.5 with the optimal pH being 6.5~7.5; the suitable medium moisture content was 55%~70% with the optimal moisture content being 65%; the optimal carbon source was glucose and the optimal nitrogen source was yeast extract.
