【英文摘要】 Two methods for extracting polysaccharide from powdered Ganoderma lucidum fruit bodies, ultrasound and ultrasound+cellulase, have been evaluated with respect to polysaccharide extraction rates and polysaccharide levels in crude extracts using monofactorial and orthogonal testing. Factors influencing polysaccharide extraction rates by the ultrasound+cellulase method were, in order of importance, temperature, pH, treatment time and cellulase concentration. The optimal extraction conditions were 50 ℃, pH 6.0 , 2.0% cellulase (relative to the amount of powdered sample) and 20 min extraction time. Polysaccharide extraction rates were slightly lower compared with the ultrasound method but the polysaccharide content in crude extracts exceeded 20% and the extraction time was shorter.
