【中文摘要】 以白靈菇(Pleurotus nebrodensis)天山2號菌株為試材,研究了白靈菇生長發(fā)育過程中胞外濾紙酶、羧甲基纖維素酶、半纖維素酶、淀粉酶、漆酶、酸性蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶活性變化的規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,整個生育期的胞外酶活性變化具有明顯的階段性。濾紙酶、羧甲基纖維素酶和半纖維素酶活性菌絲生長階段較低,現(xiàn)蕾后活性急劇增強。酸性蛋白酶和中性蛋白酶活性菌絲生長階段比較穩(wěn)定,現(xiàn)蕾前相對較低,子實體生長階段兩種酶的活性又明顯增強。整個生長階段酸性蛋白酶的活性明顯高于中性蛋白酶的活性。
【英文摘要】 Changes in the levels of seven extracellular enzymes(filter paper enzyme,carboxymethyl cellulase,hemicellulase,amylase,laccase,acid proteinase and neutral proteinase) were recorded at different stages of the developmental cycle of Pleurotus nebrodensis,strain"Tianshan No.2".Filter paper enzyme,carboxymethyl cellulase and hemicellulase levels were relatively low during the vegetative growth phase but increased sharply at the onset of primordium formation.Acid and neutral proteinase activities remained constant during vegetative growth,decreased to relatively low levels before the appearance of primordia,and increased again during the fruit body growth stage.
