【中文摘要】 研究表明搖床振蕩培養(yǎng)有利于姬松茸菌絲體生長,而靜止培養(yǎng)有利于其胞外多糖的合成。以胞外多糖為目標(biāo)的研究中,為排除定粉類多糖(碳源)的干擾,紅糖是比較理想的碳源,紅糖的濃度以20g/L以內(nèi),酵母膏是較好的氮源。
【英文摘要】 The study showed that the shake culture benefits the mycelial growth of A.brasiliensis,but the static condition is good for exopolysaccharide production of this fungus.The brown sugar is the best for the exopolysaccharide production among the tested carbon sources,and the concentration is of 20g/L.The yeast extract is the best nitrogen source among the tested ones.
