【中文摘要】 培養(yǎng)料中添加不同濃度的Pb、As、Hg、Cd,研究這些元素對(duì)金針菇菌絲生長(zhǎng)和子實(shí)體產(chǎn)量的影響。結(jié)果表明,低濃度的Pb、As、Cd促進(jìn)菌絲生長(zhǎng),菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度隨著Hg添加濃度的增加而提高;盡管不同濃度的Pb、As、Hg會(huì)顯著降低金針菇生物學(xué)效率,而添加低于5ppm的Cd,生物學(xué)效率隨添加濃度的升高也會(huì)逐漸提高,說(shuō)明金針菇對(duì)重金屬毒害的抗性強(qiáng)。
【英文摘要】 Heavy metals Pb, As, Hg, Cd with different concentration were appended in culture medium. The study on effect of heavy metal on growth and yield in Flammulina velutipes was taken. As a result, the hypha growth was promoted by heavy metals Pb, As, Cd with low concentration, and the hypha growth speed was accelerated with increasing Hg. The yield and biological efficiency were reduced by Pb, As, Hg with different concentrations, and biological efficiency was accelerated with increasing Cd which under 5 ppm. The resistance to heavy metals in Flammulina velutipes was strong.
