【中文摘要】 研究雙向性固體發(fā)酵后靈雷菌質(zhì)的急性毒性。用雙向性固體發(fā)酵技術(shù)獲得靈雷菌質(zhì),用Bliss法計(jì)算小鼠的半數(shù)致死量(LD5)0。結(jié)果表明各靈雷菌質(zhì)組的LD50均高于雷公藤生藥組,尤以3G30組最高。雙向性固體發(fā)酵技術(shù)可降低雷公藤的急性毒性。
【英文摘要】 To survey the acute toxicity of the fungal fermentation substance on Tripterygium. The modified Tripterygium wilfordii Hook was obtained by a novel bi-directional solid-state fermentation,Bliss method was used to calculate the lethal dose of 50%(LD50)of the fungal fermentation substance on Tripterygium in mice . The LD50 of the fungal fermentation substance on Tripterygium was higher than the raw materials,the 3G30 is the highest. The acute toxicity of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook could be reduced by bi-direction solid-state fermentation.
