【中文摘要】 本研究在最適條件下制備金針菇(Flammulina velutipes)Y19和W088菌株原生質(zhì)體,紫外線照射1分鐘進(jìn)行誘變處理,再生后挑選生長(zhǎng)好的菌株。酯酶同工酶電泳分析表明,篩選出的菌株出現(xiàn)出發(fā)株沒(méi)有的新酶帶,證明其遺傳物質(zhì)發(fā)生了變化。與出發(fā)菌株相比,變異菌株生長(zhǎng)速度提高23.1%~52.3%,出菇時(shí)間提早10~14天。
【英文摘要】 The protoplasts of Flammulina velutipes obtained under optimum conditions were treated with UV-irradiation for 1 min. After the regeneration of the protoplasts, strains with better growth rate were selected. And with the aid of esterase isozyme electrophoresis, new bands different from parent strains were found in selected strains. This indicated that the genetical materials of selected strains were different from those of their parent strains. Compared with the parent strains, the mycelia growth rate of mutagenic strains increased 23.1 %-52.3% and their fruiting period was 10-14 days earlier.
