【中文摘要】 本文報道了紫孢側(cè)耳(Pleurotus sapidus)深層培養(yǎng)過程中,4種不同碳源、氮源組成的合成液體培養(yǎng)基的34正交實驗結(jié)果。當(dāng)合成液體培養(yǎng)基的C/N為18.65,pH6.0、溫度30℃、180r/min時,供試菌株的菌絲體干重為1.825g/100ml。菌絲體粗蛋白含量為34.14%、氨基酸總量為31.54%。
【英文摘要】 This paper deals with the effect of different synthetic liquid media consisting of 4 kinds of different carbon and 4 kinds of different nitrogen sources on the growth of Pleurotus sapidus mycelia in submerged culture by 34 positive intersection methods. The results indicated that, the dry weight of mycelia of experiment strains amounted to 1.825 g/100ml with 34.14% crude protein and 31.54% total amino acid under the conditions of C/N ratio of 18.65, pH 6.0, 30℃ and 180r/min.
