【中文摘要】 本文采用液體搖瓶培養(yǎng)法,對靈芝(Ganoderma lucidum)液體培養(yǎng)的適用碳、氮源,最適濃度及其最適發(fā)酵周期進行了探討。結(jié)果表明,靈芝液體培養(yǎng)的適用碳源是玉米粉,適用氮源是黃豆餅粉,其最適濃度均為3%,最適發(fā)酵周期為108h。
【英文摘要】 The appropriate carbon and nitrogen source, their optimum concentrations, as well as the optimum fermentation period for Ganoderma lucidum in submerged culture with shake flask were studied. The results showed that the appropriate carbon source for Ganoderma lucidum in submerged culture was corn powder, the appropriate nitrogen source was soybean cake powder, the optimum concentration was 3 % resp., while the fermentation period was 108 hours.
