【中文摘要】 應(yīng)用RNA分離、純化技術(shù)對(duì)低溫(4℃)處理的草菇菌絲體RNA進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著草菇在低溫下保存時(shí)間的增加,草菇細(xì)胞內(nèi)的大分子量RNA組分有所減少,小分子量RNA組分有所增加。
【英文摘要】 RNA of Volvariella volvacea mycelium was separated, purified and analysed. The result suggested that RNA compositions changed after low temperature treatment of V. volvacea mycelium. It was found that high molecular weight RNA compositions had been reduced and low molecular weight RNA compositions had been accumulated by low temperature treatment.
