【中文摘要】 本文以單一雙孢蘑菇菌株及其同一子實(shí)體上不同菌落形態(tài)的單孢分離物為材料,研究雙孢蘑菇生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育全過(guò)程中菌落形態(tài)和子實(shí)體產(chǎn)質(zhì)量性狀間關(guān)系,探討其遺傳變異。結(jié)果表明:同一子實(shí)體上菌落形態(tài)不同的單孢分離物間及其與出發(fā)菌株間都存在不同程度的差異;菌落形態(tài)和子實(shí)體產(chǎn)質(zhì)量性狀間存在一定的相關(guān)性,從而為雙孢蘑菇菌種的遺傳改良和生產(chǎn)提供了理論依據(jù)。
【英文摘要】 The correlation between the colonial morphology and characters of productivity and quality of Agaricus bisporus during the entire growth period was studied and their genetic variation was investigated using single strain and different colonial morphological monosporous isolates derived from the same fruitbody of Agaricus bisporus as testing material in this paper. The results indicated that there was diversity with different degrees among monosporous isolates of various colonial morphology and between the monosporous isolates and the parental strains, and that characters of productivity and quality of the fruitbody were correlated with colonial morphology. So, this result will provide a theoretical basis for genetic improvement and production of Agaricus bisporus strains.
