【中文摘要】 研究了51株側(cè)耳屬(Pleurotus)菌株的菌絲體形態(tài)學(xué)、細(xì)胞學(xué)和生理生化特征,比較了它們與菌株的產(chǎn)量性狀、質(zhì)量性狀和抗性水平之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),在平皿中菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度與子實(shí)體品質(zhì)之間呈較密切的負(fù)相關(guān)。菌絲體胞外CMC酶、TTC-脫氫酶活性與菌株的產(chǎn)量性狀呈正相關(guān)。POD同工酶譜間的異同可反映菌株間抗性水平的差異。根據(jù)菌落形態(tài)和菌絲體細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,色素分泌及無性孢子產(chǎn)生,結(jié)合EST、POD同工酶譜帶變化,可初步進(jìn)行種性變異的檢測(cè)。
【英文摘要】 A study on the relationship of mycelial morphological, cytological and physiological-biochemical characteristics of 51 Pleurotus strains with the characteristics of the yield, quality and resistibility of these strains was conducted. The results showed that there was a quite close negative correlativity between the mycelial growth rate and the fruitbody quality of Pleurotus strains cultured on plate; that there was a positive correlativity between the activity of mycelial extracellular CMCase, TTC-dehydrogenase and the yield performance of Pleurotus strains, and that the difference of POD isozyme zymogram could reflect the resistibility difference among strains. And the species variance could primarily be investigated according to the change of colony morphology and mycelium cell structure, the pigment secretion and the conidium formation accompanied with the zymogram band change of EST and POD isozyme.
