【中文摘要】 較全面地回顧、總結(jié)、展望了我國食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程、存在問題和發(fā)展趨勢?？偨Y(jié)了具有中國特色的食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程中的三個戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)變和三個優(yōu)勢 ,分析了我國食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)新的發(fā)展階段面臨的六個方面的新情況、新問題 ,提出了 2 1世紀(jì)中國食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略性結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整必須采取的 12個對策

【英文摘要】 The developing course, existing problems and the developing trend of mushroom industry of China were retrospected, summarized and prospected in this article. And 3 strategical changes and 3 superiorities during the developing course of mushroom industry with Chinese features were summarized, 6 new conditions and problems during the new developing stages of China mushroom industry were analyzed, while 12 countermeasures and suggestions for the strategical frame modulation of China mushroom industry in 21 century were submitted too.
