【中文摘要】 雙環(huán)林地蘑菇菌絲無鎖狀聯(lián)合。菌絲生長溫度 10~ 4 0℃ ,最適 2 0~ 2 5℃ ;pH4 .5~13,最適 6~ 8.5 ;培養(yǎng)料含水量 4 5 %~ 75 %菌絲均可生長 ,最適 68%~ 73% ;最適C源是淀粉、蔗糖、纖維素 ;最適氮源是酵母粉、干酪素、硫酸銨、硝酸銨 ;麥芽、麩皮、松針、干糙皮側(cè)耳子實(shí)體、小麥、牛糞的熱水提取液可促進(jìn)菌絲生長。雙環(huán)林地蘑菇子實(shí)體形成溫度 2 0~ 35℃ ,最適 2 4~30℃ ,子實(shí)體形成期最適宜的空氣相對濕度為 70 %~ 85 %。
【英文摘要】 It was showed in our experiment that the mycelia of Agaricus placomyces had not clamp connection; that the suitable temperature for the mycelial growth was ranged from 10~40℃ with the optimum temperatune being 20~25℃, the suitable pH was ranged from 4.5~13 with the optimum pH being 6.0~8.5 and the suitbale moisture content of the compost was ranged from 45%~75% with the optimum moisture content of the compost being 68%~73%; and that the optimum carbon sources were sucrose, amylum and cellulose, the optimum nitrogen sources were yeast powder, casein, ammonium sulfate and ammoniumnitrate, and the hot water extracts of wheat germ, wheat bran, pine needle, dry fruitbody of P. ostreatus, grains of wheat and cow dung were beneficial for the mycelial growth. While the temperature for its fruitbody formation was 20~35℃ with the optimum temperature being 24~30℃, and the optimum relative air humidity for its fruitbody formation was 70%~85%.
