【摘要】 以19個(gè)來(lái)源不同的茯苓栽培菌株為材料,采用MEGA4軟件對(duì)ITS序列進(jìn)行NJ法聚類分析,構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)發(fā)育樹(shù)。結(jié)果顯示,19個(gè)藥用茯苓菌株ITS長(zhǎng)度為1 608 bp~1 611 bp,G/C含量在55.7%~59%之間,遺傳距離范圍為0~0.0636,遺傳差異不大,17個(gè)茯苓菌株組成1個(gè)大群,茯苓9號(hào)和茯苓5.545菌株各自單獨(dú)聚為一個(gè)群。 更多還原
【Abstract】 With the bio-software of MEGA4,the ITS sequences of 19 Poria cocos strains were studied using NJ method to construct the phylogenetic tree.Results showed that the ITS length,G/C contents,genetic distance of 19 Poria cocos strains ranged from 1 608 bp to 1 611 bp,55.7% to 59%,0 to 0.0636.17 Poria cocos strains were clustered into a greater group,and 9# strains and Fuling 5.545 were fallen into a separated group respectively. 更多還原
