【摘要】 通過開展雜交狼尾草(Pennisetum americanum×P.purpureum)干草替代稻草栽培雙孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)試驗(yàn)研究,探討不同草糞比對(duì)雙孢蘑菇產(chǎn)量、品質(zhì)及效益的影響。結(jié)果表明,雜交狼尾草干草替代稻草栽培雙孢蘑菇是可行的,供試草糞比中,以3∶2(配方A,碳氮比為28.66∶1)栽培的雙孢蘑菇產(chǎn)量最高(12.32 kg/m2)、品質(zhì)最好(單菇重、氨基酸含量高)。
【Abstract】 Agaricus bisporus was cultivated on growth substrates in which the straw component was replaced with hybrid Pennisetum(Pennisetum americanum × P.purpureum),and the effect of varying the ratio of hybrid Pennisetum to cattle manure on the yield and quality of fruit bodies was determined.A.bisporus grew well on substrates containing hybrid Pennisetum,and highest fruit body yields(12.32 kg/m2) were obtained following cultivation on a substrate in which the ratio of hybrid Pennisetum to cattle manure...
