【摘要】 在傳統(tǒng)分類的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合分子系統(tǒng)學(xué)方法對我國猴頭菌屬真菌進(jìn)行分類學(xué)研究,結(jié)果表明,我國猴頭菌屬分3個(gè)種,即猴頭菌(Hericium erinaceus)、珊瑚狀猴頭菌(H.coralloides)和冷杉猴頭菌(H.abietis)。ITS序列聚類分析獲得18份材料,遺傳相似系數(shù)范圍為0.0180.453,冷杉猴頭菌與猴頭菌的親緣關(guān)系較近,而與珊瑚狀猴頭菌的親緣關(guān)系較遠(yuǎn)。
【Abstract】 Combine the traditional morphological classification with the molecular systematic methods to study the classification of Hericium in China,the results showed that it could divided into three kinds,such as Hericium erinaceus,H.coralloides and H.abietis.The ITS sequence cluster analysis for 18 materials of genetic similarity coefficient ranged from 0.018 to 0.453,that H.abietis and H.erinaceus of genetic relationship was more closer than H.coralloides.
