【摘要】 試驗將不同脫落酸濃度(0.1 ppm、0.5 ppm、1 ppm、2 ppm)和培養(yǎng)料不同含水量(65%、67%、69%、71%、73%)進行拌料接種、發(fā)菌出菇,觀察平菇菌絲生長、出菇以及產(chǎn)量等。結(jié)果表明,脫落酸濃度為1 ppm2 ppm時增水效果最佳,可使培養(yǎng)料含水量在69%時的菌絲滿袋時間與對照培養(yǎng)料含水量為65%時的菌絲滿袋時間相當。產(chǎn)量方面脫落酸濃度為1 ppm2 ppm,培養(yǎng)料含水量69%比對照培養(yǎng)料含水量為65%增產(chǎn)35%左右。培養(yǎng)料含水量在71%比對照培養(yǎng)料含水量為65%增產(chǎn)50%左右。
【Abstract】 The tests of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation were carried out under different ABA concentrations(0.1ppm,0.5 ppm,1 ppm,2 ppm) and different cultivation substrate water content(65%,67%,69%,71%,73%) to observe the effect on the mycelium growth,fruiting and yield.The test results showed that ABA concentration of 1 ppm2 ppm had the best water increasing effect.The cultivation substrate of 69% water content had the equal to mycelium full-bag time with the control of 65% water content.Meanwh...
