柱形蟲草及其紫色野村菌無性型

CORDYCEPS CYLINDRICA AND ITS ANAMORPH NOMURAEA ATYPICOLA

摘　要：報(bào)道安徽省滁州市瑯琊山林場(chǎng)引起蜘蛛流行病的蟲草真菌,經(jīng)鑒定為柱形蟲草Cordyceps cylindrica,屬中國(guó)首次報(bào)道.在子座柄部可見一小塊灰紫色的分生孢子層,鏡檢表明:由此組織分離菌株的形態(tài)學(xué)特征與后來通過子囊孢子分離獲得的菌株是一致的.柱形蟲草無性型為紫色野村菌Nomuraea atypicola,其培養(yǎng)特征也為國(guó)內(nèi)首次描述.另外,在同一生境的地上葉背面,可見許多蜘蛛被紫色野村菌感染致死,蟲尸被覆淡紫色菌膜,但未見孢梗束或子座.
