【中文摘要】 本文研究了木耳子實(shí)體階段酪氨酸酶活性與培養(yǎng)溫度和光照以及子實(shí)體顏色的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:木耳子實(shí)體階段酪氨酸酶活性是同時(shí)受溫度和光照兩個(gè)因素影響的。光照表現(xiàn)為正效應(yīng);較低的溫度表現(xiàn)為正效應(yīng),較高的溫度則表現(xiàn)為負(fù)效應(yīng)。溫光影響木耳子實(shí)體顏色變化的原因之一是由于溫光對(duì)酪氨酸酶活性的影響作用,導(dǎo)致了子實(shí)體中黑色素含量的不同。
【英文摘要】 In this paper the relationship of activities of tyrosinase with the cultivation tempera- ture and light as well as the fruithody colour during fruiting of Auricularia curicula were studied.The result showed that both temperature and light have a nolable effect on the activities of tyrosinase.The light and lower temperature have a positive effect,but the higher temperature have a negaitve effect.One of the reasons that temperature and light affect the fruitbody colour is that temperature and light have a effect on the activities of tyrosinase,which result in the difference of melanin content of fruitbody.
