【中文摘要】 本文報(bào)道了猴頭菌適宜的液體發(fā)酵條件及發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基。結(jié)果表明：猴頭菌適宜發(fā)酵條件為：培養(yǎng)溫度２５～２８℃，培養(yǎng)基起始ｐＨ５保?。侗０u瓶裝量１００～１２０ｍＬ／５００ｍＬ，振蕩頻率１５０～１８０ｒ／ｍｉｎ，種子培養(yǎng)時(shí)間３～４ｄ，接種量１０％～１５％。適宜的發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基為：小麥粉３％，酵母粉３％，ＫＨ２ＰＯ４０保保ィＭｇＳＯ４·７Ｈ２Ｏ０保埃擔(dān)ィＶＢ１２０μｇ／１００ｍＬ，ＶＢ２２０μｇ／１００ｍＬ。

【英文摘要】 In this paper, the appropriate fermentation conditions and medium for Hericium erinaceus in submerged culture with shake flask were studied. The results showed that the suitable culture conditions were as follows: temperature 2528, pH5060, Volum 100120mL/500mL, stirring speed 150180r/min inoculate 10%15%. The appropriated fermentation medium was as follow: wheat powder 3%, yeast powder 3%, KH2PO401%,MgSO47H2O 005%,VB120g/100mL,VB220g/100mL.
