【中文摘要】 研究了不同的配方培養(yǎng)基、pH值、溫度對野生豬苓菌絲生長的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,25℃培養(yǎng)2d后,菌絲在黃豆餅粉培養(yǎng)基、玉米粉培養(yǎng)基、胡蘿卜培養(yǎng)基以及蘋果培養(yǎng)基上長滿整個平皿,長勢好,在其它培養(yǎng)基長勢較差;菌絲在25℃、pH值為7.0的PDA培養(yǎng)基上生長較快,2d長滿整個平皿,在pH值為5.0和6.0的培養(yǎng)基上生長慢,3d長滿平皿,在pH值為8.0的培養(yǎng)基上生長很慢,10d長滿平皿;溫度為25℃時生長較快,2d長滿平皿,15℃時3d長滿平皿,5℃條件培養(yǎng)7d長滿平皿。
【英文摘要】 Effect of different culture media,different pH and different temperature on the mycelium growing of wild Polyporus umbellatus was studied in this article.The results showed that the wild Polyporus umbellatus growimg covered the petri dishs at the culture medium which content bean flour,corn flour,carrot flour and apple flour respectively after 2 days incubation in the conditions of 25℃,the growth potential was very good,and the others were bad.The mycelium growing covered the petri dishs in the pH 7.0 PDA culture medium after 2 days incubation,however,in the pH5.0 and pH6.0 PDA culture media,its growing speed was slower than that in the pH7.0 PDA culture medium,and its growing speed was slowest in the pH8.0 PDA.It growing covered the petri dishs after 2 days incubation in the 25℃,in the 15℃,it needed 3 days to grow covered petri dishs,and needed 7 days to grow covered petri dishs in the 5℃.
