【中文摘要】 經過2年松乳菇共生型食用菌的馴化探討,通過野生松乳菇采集、組織分離培養(yǎng),借鑒于其它食用菌的配方,找出適合松乳菇生長的人工培養(yǎng)基。設計4個原種培養(yǎng)基配方,以配方1最佳。設計二級、三級種培養(yǎng)基配方7個,以配方7最佳。在室內外人工模擬栽培觀察均有菌絲體長出。初步摸索出馴化栽培松乳菇的方法。
【英文摘要】 Lactarius deliciosus symbiotic edible mushroom domestication was discussed throungh 2 years.The results showed that wild Laclarius deliciosus was isolated by collecting them.Based on other formulas of edible fungi,artificial culture medium for suiting the growth of Lactarius deliciosus was found.4 formulas of culture medium of preliminary spawns were designed,among which formula 1 was the best.7 formulas of culture medium of preliminary spawns and cultivated spawns were designed,among them formula 7 was the best.Throung observation,mycelium growth was the fastest,growth potencial was good,mycelium was strong and white.Mycelium was come out indoors and outdoors by artificial imitating cultivation observation.The methods of domestication and cultivation Lactarius deliciosus were groped preliminarily.
