【中文摘要】 主要研究了8個(gè)樟芝菌株的纖維素酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性的變化并進(jìn)行了分析,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,纖維素酶活性先上升后下降,產(chǎn)酶最高的324菌株最高產(chǎn)酶量能達(dá)到0.055U。超氧化物歧化酶活性一直呈上升趨勢(shì),最高產(chǎn)酶量在1.0U~1.4U,其中324菌株產(chǎn)酶量較高。8個(gè)菌株的pH一直呈下降趨勢(shì)。菌株324產(chǎn)酶量較高,可以對(duì)其進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步研究。
【英文摘要】 The cellulose activity and superoxide dismutase activity of eight Taiwanofungus formosanus strains were studied.The results indicated that the cellulose activity rose at beginning,then droped.The cellulose produced by strain 324 was larghest with the yield of 0.055 U.The superoxide dismutase activity was always going up,and the larghest yield was 1.0 U~1.4 U.The pH of different Taiwanofungus formosanus strains always decrease.The enzyme activity of the 324 strain was higher,which could be studied further.
