【中文摘要】 采用紙片法研究了樺褐孔菌的水、甲醇、丙酮、氯仿、石油醚提取物對大腸桿菌ERcat、EnR£、ATCC25923和金黃色葡萄球菌ATCC25923、O41ermc的抑制作用。結(jié)果表明:樺褐孔菌各提取物對大腸桿菌ERcat、ATCC25923和金黃色葡萄球菌O41ermc均有不同程度的抑制作用。其中甲醇提取物在10mg·mL-1濃度下對大腸桿菌ERcat的抑菌效果最好,抑制率高達84.1%;石油醚提取物對除大腸桿菌EnR£以外的其它供試菌株均表現(xiàn)出顯著的抑菌活性。另外,濃度為10mg·mL-1的丙酮提取物對大腸桿菌EnR£的生長有一定的抑制作用;濃度2.5mg·mL-1的甲醇提取物和濃度10mg·mL-1的石油醚提取物對金黃色葡萄球菌ATCC25923的抑菌作用較為明顯。
【英文摘要】 The paper disk method is used in the essay to test the antibacterial activity of aqueous,methanol,acetone,chloroform and ligarine extract of Inonotus obliquus on Bacillus coli ERcat,EnR£,ATCC25 923 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25 923,O41 ermc.The results showed that all extracts of Inonotus obliquus have different degrees of inhibitory activity on Bacillus coli ERcat,Bacillus coli ATCC25 923 and Staphylococcus aureus O41 ermc.Furthermore methanol extract in concentration of 10 mg·mL-1 has the best antibacterial activity on Bacillus coli ERcat,and the rate has reached 84.1%.Ligarine extract has obvious antibacterial activity on all the tested strains,except Bacillus coli EnR£.In addition,acetone extract in concentration of 10 mg·mL-1 can inhibit the growth of Bacillus coli EnR£.Methanol extract of 2.5 mg·mL-1 and ligarine extract of 10 mg·mL-1 have relatively obvious antibacterial activity on Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25 923.
