【中文摘要】 食用菌遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化的方法主要有PEG法、電激法、基因槍法、限制酶介導(dǎo)法、農(nóng)桿菌介導(dǎo)法 ;采用的啟動(dòng)子有ras啟動(dòng)子和 gpd啟動(dòng)子 ;采用的篩選標(biāo)記有營養(yǎng)缺陷型標(biāo)記、抗生素抗性篩選標(biāo)記、除草劑和殺菌劑抗性篩選標(biāo)記、代謝產(chǎn)物抗性篩選標(biāo)記。本文綜述了這些遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化方法以及啟動(dòng)子、篩選標(biāo)記的最新研究進(jìn)展。
【英文摘要】 PEG-mediated method, electroporation, particle bombardment, restriction enzyme-mediated DNA integration, Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated method were main approaches in the genetic transformation of edible fungi. While the promoters of ras and gpd; the selective markers of auxotroph, antibiotic resistance, herbicide resistance, fungicide resistance and metabolite resistance were also used in the genetic transformation of edible fungi. And the latest research advances in genetic transformation of edible fungi were reviewed in this paper.
