【中文摘要】 采用均勻設(shè)計(jì)法優(yōu)化紅汁乳菇液體深層發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基。結(jié)果表明,最佳培養(yǎng)基配方是:蔗糖34g L,廢糖蜜13mL L,麩皮36g L,玉米粗粉20g L,KH2PO43g L,菌絲體最大生物量達(dá)18.087g L。
【英文摘要】 The uniform design was used to optimize the formula of the submerged culture medium for Lactarius hatsudake. The result of experiment showed that the optimum composition of L. hatsudake medium was as follows: sucrose 34g/L,waste sirup 13mL/L, wheat bran 36 g/L,corn meal 20g/L and KH_2PO_4 3g/L,while the optimal mycelial biomass could reach as high as 18.087g/L.
