【中文摘要】 研究了不同濃度的Na2 SeO3 對(duì)白靈菇菌絲體、子實(shí)體發(fā)育和產(chǎn)量的影響 ,以及白靈菇的富硒能力。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明 ,培養(yǎng)基中添加的亞硒酸鈉濃度為 4 0mg kg～ 80mg kg時(shí) ,對(duì)白靈菇菌絲體和子實(shí)體生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育有明顯促進(jìn)作用。

【英文摘要】 The effect of different selenium concentration on the growth and the yield of P.nebrodensis mycelia and fruitbodies as well as the Se-accumulation ability of P.nebrodensis were studied. The experimental results showed that the growth and development of P. nebrodensis mycelia and fruitbodies would be obviously promoted if Na_2SeO_3 was addded to the media at the concentration of 40mg/kg～80mg/kg.
