【摘要】 高雄山蟲(chóng)草(Cordyceps takaomontana)無(wú)性型的名稱(chēng)歷經(jīng)多次變遷,現(xiàn)認(rèn)為細(xì)腳棒束孢(Isariatenuipes)是其真正的無(wú)性型。細(xì)腳棒束孢具有重要的藥理、藥化作用,子實(shí)體和發(fā)酵液中可分離出具有抗腫瘤、抗菌和鎮(zhèn)靜等作用的有效活性組分,基于此也產(chǎn)生了各種各樣細(xì)腳棒束孢的培養(yǎng)方法和產(chǎn)品,筆者通過(guò)對(duì)近幾年該方面的研究進(jìn)行綜述,以期對(duì)細(xì)腳棒束孢的研究開(kāi)發(fā)工作提供參考和借鑒。
【Abstract】 Isaria tenuipes(formerly Paecilomyces tenuipes),the anamorph of the entomopathogenic fungus Cordyceps takaomontana(Kaohsiung Hill Cordyceps),has been assigned several important functions in pharmacology and drug chemistry.Various culture methods have been employed to grow the fungus,and bioactive components isolated from fruit bodies and fermentation liquid have been reported to exhibit a range of functions including antitumor,antibacterial and sedative properties.In this review,recent research ...
