【摘要】 提取7種不同來源的猴頭菌(Hericium erinaceus)子實體粗多糖,對其理化性質(zhì)和體外免疫活性進行分析。結(jié)果表明:不同產(chǎn)地的猴頭菌子實體粗多糖含量和得率差異較大,以來源于黑龍江省牡丹江市海林縣(H1)、林口縣(H3)的子實體粗多糖含量、得率較高;各粗多糖提取物分子量分布相似,單糖組成均以葡萄糖為主,并含有巖藻糖和半乳糖;7種子實體粗多糖提取物均能增強小鼠巨噬細胞株RAW264.7生成NO的量,以500μg/mL H3提取物活性最高、H1次之。
【Abstract】 Crude polysaccharide preparations were prepared by hot(100 ℃) water extraction and ethanol precipitation from Hericium erinaceus fruit bodies artificially cultivated at seven different facilities located in Fujian,Zhejiang and Heilongjiang Provinces of China.Highest yields of crude extract containing the highest amounts of polysaccharide were obtained from fruit body samples(H1 and H3) grown in Heilongjiang.HPLC analysis revealed that crude polysaccharide material extracted from the seven fruit ...
