【摘要】 以樺褐孔菌(Inonotus obliquus)菌株JL01為試驗材料,研究其在代料栽培期間9種胞外酶活性的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,羧甲基纖維素酶、濾紙纖維素酶和半纖維素酶活性在菌絲生長階段較低,菌核形成及菌核成熟階段較高;漆酶、愈創(chuàng)木酚氧化酶、鄰苯二酚氧化酶和過氧化物酶活性在菌絲生長階段高于菌核形成階段;蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性在菌絲生長時期及菌核成熟時期相對較高。
【Abstract】 Selected extracellular enzyme activities [carboxymethylcellulase(CMCase),filter paper enzyme(FPase),hemicellulase(HCase),laccase,guaiacol oxidase,catechol oxidase,peroxidase,proteinase and amylase] were determined at different stages during the artificial cultivation of Inonotus obliquus,strain JL01,on a substrate consisting of birch sawdust,wheat bran,corn cobs,sucrose and gypsum.CMCase,FPase and HCase activities were relatively low during the mycelial growth phase but increased between sclerot...
