Cultivation and the Infectious Ways to Silkworm Chrysalis with Liquid Spawn of Cordyceps militaris

Abstract：The liquid spawn of Cordyceps militaris was used in the cultivation by four different methods. The result showed that Cordyceps militaris grow better at the lower temperature of 21 ℃ to 22 ℃ than at 27 ℃.The infectious ways of Cordyceps militaris to silkworm chrysalis were observed by the utilization of eight different ways of treatment .It was guessed that the high temperature would destroy the pupa skin chitin and the mycelia infect its skin easily.

蛹蟲(chóng)草液體菌種培養(yǎng)及對(duì)家蠶蛹感染途徑的初步研究

摘　要：采用4種不同方法進(jìn)行蛹蟲(chóng)草液體菌種的栽培試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明蛹蟲(chóng)草菌絲體在21～22 ℃時(shí)較27 ℃生長(zhǎng)更好.觀(guān)察了蛹蟲(chóng)草菌在8種不同的處理方式下對(duì)家蠶蛹的感染情況,推測(cè)高溫條件可能破壞蛹體表皮的幾丁質(zhì),使蛹蟲(chóng)草菌絲體更易于感染家蠶蛹.
