【摘要】 測定了一年生、兩年生桑黃(Phellinus baumii)子實體水提物中的粗多糖、醇提物中的黃酮和三萜含量,并研究了不同生長年份子實體水提粗多糖和醇提物體外刺激淋巴細(xì)胞生長、抑制L1210腫瘤細(xì)胞生長的作用及抗氧化活性。結(jié)果表明,一年生桑黃子實體醇提物中黃酮、三萜和水提物中粗多糖的含量略高于兩年生桑黃;當(dāng)水提粗多糖濃度為10μg/mL時,SH2-W對體外淋巴細(xì)胞的增殖率高于SH1-W,當(dāng)濃度為50和200μg/mL時,兩組樣品間無顯著差異;兩種桑黃醇提物對體外腫瘤細(xì)胞L1210的抑制作用隨濃度增大而增強,相同劑量下,兩組樣品間無差異;相同濃度下SH1-E對H2O2的清除率高于SH2-E,但兩組樣品DPPH.的清除率和還原力無顯著差異。
【Abstract】 One-and two-year-old Phellinus baumii fruit bodies were extracted with water(SH1-W and SH2-W,respectively) or ethanol(SH1-E and SH2-E,respectively),and the polysaccharide content of the aqueous extracts,and the flavone and triterpene content of the ethanolic extracts,were determined.Polysaccharide levels in fraction SH1-W,and flavone and triterpene levels in fraction SH1-E,were higher than in the corresponding extracts of two-year-old sporophores.At 10 μg/mL concentration,fraction SH2-W was more effective than fraction SH1-W at stimulating lymphocyte proliferation,but there was no significant difference in the stimulating effects of the two extracts at higher concentrations(50 and 200 μg/mL).Inhibition of L1210 tumor cell growth in vitro by fractions SH1-E and SH2-E increased with increasing extract concentrations but there was little difference in the inhibitory effects of the two extracts at the same concentration level.The H2O2 scavenging capacity of SH1-E was higher compared with S...更多H2-E at the same concentration,but the two extracts exhibited similar DPPH· scavenging activity and reducing power. 還原
