【摘要】 采用6種不同配方和不同栽培方式進(jìn)行野生樺褐孔菌(Inonotus obliquus)袋栽試驗,摸索菌核形成條件。結(jié)果表明:不同配方在菌核形成早晚、整齊度、產(chǎn)量以及生物學(xué)效率等存在明顯差異,供試培養(yǎng)料中以4號配方(樺樹木屑44%,玉米芯42%,麥麩10%,豆粉2.0%,蔗糖1.0%,石膏1.0%,水分65%)栽培效果最好,雖然菌核形成較晚,但個體較大,顏色較深,每袋平均產(chǎn)量可達(dá)16.79 g。不同栽培方式中,不開口的處理對菌核的形成有促進(jìn)作用。
【Abstract】 Different substrate formulae and bag opening treatments were used for the artificial cultivation of Inonotus obliquus.The period elapsing between substrate inoculation and the formation of sclerotia,and the size and yield of sclerotia,varied according to the substrate composition.A substrate consisting of 44% Betula platyphylla sawdust,42% corn cob,10% wheat bran,2% soybean powder,1% sucrose,1% gypsum,and a water content of 65% supported the highest average yield of sclerotia(16.79 g/bag).Although the sclerotia were late in forming,they were relatively large and dark brown in color.Keeping the cultivation bags sealed stimulated sclerotia formation.
