【摘要】 對花臉香蘑(Lepista sordida)菌絲培養(yǎng)基進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:在實(shí)驗(yàn)范圍內(nèi),花臉香蘑菌絲體生長最佳碳源為蔗糖,最佳氮源為黃豆粉;無機(jī)鹽以加入MgSO40.5 g,KH2PO41g(/L)最好;菌絲體在碳氮比20∶1100∶1范圍內(nèi)均能生長,在20∶130∶1時最佳;菌絲培養(yǎng)不必添加維生素;菌絲體在pH7、8、9時生長均較好。經(jīng)正交試驗(yàn)結(jié)果確定花臉香蘑菌絲體生長最佳培養(yǎng)基為(/L):蔗糖20 g、豆粉6 g、MgSO40.5g、KH2PO4 1g。
【Abstract】 The effect of selected physical and nutritional parameters on the growth of Lepista sordida mycelium was studied.Sucrose and soymeal were the most favourable carbon and nitrogen sources,respectively for fungal growth.Mycelial growth was recorded at C∶N ratios between 20∶1 and 100∶1 but ratios between 20∶1 and 30∶1,and pH values between 7 and 9,were optimal.Mycelial growth was maximal in a medium consisting of(per liter) 20 g sucrose,6 g soymeal,1.0 g KH2PO4,and 0.5 g MgSO4 without addition of vi...
